Thank you for all the wonderful work you’ve been posting on Tapestry. I am very proud of you all!
I have another busy day planned for you with a variety of activities, if you wish to give them a go. (Full details on Tapestry)
Handwriting – practise the letter ‘Gg’.
English – Join me to read the poem ‘Cats’ by Eleanor Farjeon then write your own poem, about an animal, in the style of ‘Anyone seen my dragon?’ Which we shared yesterday. Can you guess what animal I chose for my poem?
Maths – Key Skills for Year 2 and 3 . Then let’s learn about unit fractions today with some hands on activities.
Art – create some leaf art pictures using the leaves you collected from yesterday’s nature task.
Science – Mrs Burton has set some exciting work on materials and how they can change.
I had a lot of fun doing these activities myself so I hope you enjoy them.
Happy Learning!
Mrs Roe
